DELIVERY AND COSTS
Divage Fashion is committed to working with the major express couriers and national and international postal services to guarantee the lowest shipping cost and to achieve the best service in terms of delivery time, reliability and Customer service.

**Average time. In some cases, shipping times can vary by a maximum of 7 working days.
***When the delivery is missed, the shipment will be available to collect at the post office for approximately 7 working days.
Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Preparation times: orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, are dispatched on the same day if placed before 12:00 or on the following working day if placed afternoon. Orders received on Saturdays and/or Sundays are shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping times: the delivery times may vary for reasons of force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes. Orders containing flammable products (i.e. nail lacquers), delivery will take 2 extra working days.
Upon accepting delivery of the Divage Fashion order from the Express Courier/Postal Service, the Customer is required to carefully check that:
1. The tamper-proof label is intact and the packaging is not damaged or tampered with;
2. The number of packages delivered corresponds to the number detailed in the shipping documents.
The Customer must immediately notify the Courier/Postal worker if there is any damage to the tamper-proof label, packaging or products, or if the number of packages/items does not correspond, specifying this on the delivery form or space reserved for a signature on the courier’s electronic device. The Customer must also contact Divage Fashion through their Customer Service department to give details of the order in which the mistakes have occurred.
